FULL SERVICE

Full General service which is very comprehensive and may not be necessary if the bike is fairly new. Includes transmission clean, brake bleeds, overall clean, wheel truing, hub and headset adjustments, Gear adjustments and any parts that need fitting. Upon completion the bike receives a test ride from two mechanics.

ADJUSTMENT SERVICE

This service is a check and adjust of the bike in general, popular when people have a bike in good order but wish to stay on top of the bike using preventative maintenance.  If a bike is bought in a box from the internet which needs building the charge is the same.

FRAME BEARING REPLACEMENT

£20 - £65

Some frames have lots of bearings and take lots of time like Specialised FSR links,  others like Orange take very little time normally as they are single pivot.

WHEEL BUILDS

Rim swaps are an extra £5, each wheel is entitled to a free true after the wheel has done around 20 hrs.

ROCK SHOX REVERB

The tube needs a strip every few months on Reverb and the seal head needs a clean and foam ring re reimbursed with fluid, this is around £40.
If the bushes in the tube and seal head have degraded then the cost can go up to £110.
We also can do other makes of dropper such as Fox or KS and the costing is similar to above. 

FULL SERVICE ON ROCKSHOX PIKE

This includes Charger seal replacement, wiper seals, air leg seals, Foam rings and crush washers. We suggest this service every couple of years to prevent seal failure.

The most popular fork service for most people, every 35 to 75 hrs the legs need to be re-lubed. Fork performance significantly drops and wear increases if the legs are not lubricated regularly. We often tag this service on to a bike in for full service and can really make a difference.

Includes replacing wiper seals with SKF low friction seals, foam rings, crush washers and fox Gold oil bath. The FIT and RC dampers have proven to be very reliable in recent years and we tend not to need much attention. How ever the cartridges can be resealed by us if needed for an additional cost.

REAR SHOCK SERVICING

We can do most air and coil shocks but need it brought to us on the bike, please call us to discuss any rear shock servicing you need doing. We recharge with Nitrogen and only use the highest quality fluids and seals.
